Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any items.

We stand behind our products and want you to love your results. That’s why we offer our Golden Guarantee, which provides a full refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility

The Golden Guarantee applies only to single Glow Kit purchases

Bundles, multi-kits, and promotional sets are not eligible for refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date

Refunds are available even if you did not like the product, for any reason
How to Request a Refund
To begin the refund process, please email lumaskinc@mail.com with the following information:

A brief explanation of your experience

A review of the product, including clear photos
Once your request is received, our support team will review your submission and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

A processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at lumaskinc@mail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note:

A processing fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
